I'm a Yankee fan, but the Phils looked VERY good in game 1. Yeah, it's a long series, but winning is always nice. So, for now, Yankee fans have to bite the bullet

Well, they're going nuts in Philly, while Yankee fans are dumping tix for less money than originally asked. Guess for Yanks, it's ho-hum

Sure hope I'm wrong, but Philly is a team that just won't quit. They scare me. I've been a Yankee fan since Mantle and Maris, but the Fightin Phils are a scrappy bunch. Prediction, Phils in 6 or 7.

Schiano logic?

Rutgers got away with one, no thanks to their coach. Leading, on a dreary night, Schiano called for a fake punt. Why? There is no logic to explain it. Army started to move, and then gave the ball back with a fumble. Rutgers got lucky. This isn't the first time Schiano had tried a dumb play like this.

Yanks blew it, Umps are God awful

The Yanks had a reason to lose, lousy pitching. The umps had no such excuse. Their calls have been incredible. Never have I seen so many bad calls. Everyone is screaming for instant replay. Why not? What's the problem?

The Jets. Is Mark Sanchez color blind? He kept throwing to the wrong team. Give that man an eye test.

The Black Knights are no longer a push-over. RU had better show up, or there will be another "L" in the win-loss column

Yankees Blow It

Yoiks! What is the Manager thinking? 7 pitchers? he outsmarted himself in game three as the Angels surged back. The Yanks better not blow this one!

PREDICTION - If it comes down to the Phils against the Yanks, the Phils win. Now, I hope that I'm wrong, and the Yanks have been hot, but Philly is just loaded from top to bottom of the lineup

OK, let's talk football

Concerning Rutgers, there is no way a freshman QB is going to win lots of games against top opponents. Question is, why did Shiano forget the run game and go mostly with the pass. The defense just couldn't stop the running game of Pitt, so put everything together and RU was lucky to be in the game.
